We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization -a community managed entrepreneur center that offers free space and resources to entrepreneurs with nothing expected in return.
Church & State is about altruism and community—not profit.
How is this possible?
It took commitments and strong vision which ended with our property and building being paid in full. That means no debt, no loans, no interest rates, and no banks.
We worked with the community to come up with a model that is self-sustaining, allowing Church & State to operate perpetually as a community center with the ethos to give free space, free services, free networking, and free opportunity to entrepreneurs without asking for anything in return.
Membership in the Church & State community and ecosystem is open to all entrepreneurs and anyone with a relevance to the start-up entrepreneur, regardless of industry or geographic location.
There are three different levels of membership: use of our co-working space, our no-strings-attached incubator program, and as a member of our resource center. Memberships are month-to-month and include a wide range of services and benefits.
Members get benefits.
Members of Church & State benefit from a wide range of services and amenities, free of charge. Some of those are complimentary cafe service, high speed WiFi, Church & State lounges, free use of the seven conference rooms, mail & packaging, the ability to book private events, and much more.
